raffle tickets will be $5 each, all going directly to Studio Two Three. the more tickets you buy, the more chances you have to win! and the more money that goes to S23 :)

🕴 Some housekeeping

doors are at 7pm, same as usual for our screenings (an earlier version of the event page said doors at 6pm and that is not correct!!)

as far as expected dress for the night – there won’t be an enforced dress code, but we do want to Encourage dressing up! let’s have fun and make a night of it! how often at our movie nights do we get an excuse to be fancy? we’re always sitting in the dark and looking at a screen-let’s enjoy ourselves this time! we’ve gotta do it up and do it right 💕

but ALSO, some movie notes:

• if you’re wanting a ticket to MADDIE’S SECRET, as of publishing, we’re getting into low ticket territory for our second night (after the first one sold out), so hop to it! at this rate there will probably not be tix at the door!
• besides MADDIE’S SECRET, we’re also continuing (read: starting) our tradition of screening documentaries from the late, great Frederick Wiseman next sunday, 8/2 with 1993’s ZOO! if you’ve seen any films from Wise Man, you know what you’re getting into. if not, join us on the wiseman wagon for his signature brand of insightful, understated documentaries into the depths of the systems which lie hidden around us
